Paul and Danielle's Wedding in Pensacola Beach, FL- Part 1

When I first spoke to Danielle on the phone she said her and Paul "fell in love by phone."  So when they started to plan their wedding they decided to head to Pensacola Beach.  Danielle was in school in Iowa and Paul was in Omaha so the beach seemed like a great compromise.  This was an amazing wedding and it was so great, so awesome, they are gonna get a few posts.  Todays post is Danielle getting ready and details!  Check back tomorrow for more!

Beth and Brian's Wedding on Brenda's Wedding Blog!!

I read wedding blogs religiously, like everyday multiple times a day!  One of my favorites is Brenda's Wedding Blog so when she asked for pink weddings in honor of breast cancer awareness month I sent her Beth and Brian's at Villa Christina.  I am so excited to see it on her awesome blog today!!!  Check it out!

Baby Isla Belle

It was such a normal lunch, a big bowl of Pho, a spring roll and my old boss who happnes to be a super fabulous friend Jessica.  We were talking about nothing important (ok Twilight) then Jessica said she has something serious to tell me.  And she is not a serious person, so I paniced.  Then she said she was preggers and my jaw hit the table.  After recovering, I was incredibly happy for her and her husband!

Now little Isla Belle is here and absolutely adorable!!! I took a few pictures of her the other day.  Yes, I put her baby in a hatbox... don't worry no babies were harmed.

Jessica is totally a Jill of all trades.   She has worked at tons of crazy jobs that include but are not limited to-a floral designer, a magazine editor, a strolling puppeteer, a mural painter and a stand up comic.  She painted the mural in Isla's room and it is sooo cute!

Chad and Aiesha Engagement Session in New Orleans

I am currently in Pensacola for a wedding tomorrow and have been staring at my computer thinking about what to write for this post.  I have had the images ready since yesterday but could not get the words right for this post to talk about how much I love Chad and Aiesha but I am going to try!

I met Chad and Aiesha about a year ago when Chad called me to photograph his proposal to Aiesha.  You can see the images of the proposal HERE!  Then after the proposal I was so excited when they called me to photograph their wedding in New Orleans in April 2010.  When I told them I have never been to New Orleans they told me to come for a day and they would show me around.  So last Saturday I headed to The Big Easy for their engagement session and some great seafood!  While I was there we did a walk thru at the church which is absolutely amazing!  Chad turned to me and said that he thought it was fate that he found my website and hired me for the propsal and that now I was photographing the wedding and it meant alot to them.  Then I started to cry (as I am right now writing this!).  Chad and Aiesha- Thank you!  Thank you for choosing me to photograph your love!

Then we headed out to the French Quarter for a great session.  These two are so much fun and love to laugh, can you tell?? Mostly it is Aiesha laughing at Chad.

These might be 2 of my favorite shots because I snuck up in them!  They were totally unaware- Yeah Ninja skills!
